It has come to ACA's attention that certain individuals have sent letters using ACA's logo (but a false address) that purport to distribute checks to individuals. These letters appear to have originated in Washington State, and the ACA letterhead bears a fictitious California address. Please be advised that these letters and/or checks were not issued or authorized by ACA. If you receive such a letter, please bring it to our attention or the attention of local law enforcement authorities. Thank you.
