Those of you who have ever visited ACA's Home Office in Manchester know that the historic building (built in 1910) is also home to the Franco-American Centre, founded in 1990 by ACA to celebrate the rich heritage of the French in North America. A rare opportunity to broaden our culture in Franco-American history is made available to the public. The Centre regularly hosts consulate, artists and author's receptions in the Beliveau Art Gallery and the Library (home to ACA's collection of 30,000 books and artifacts). The Centre focuses particularly on Franco-American history and the artistic expression of this community. Many artists have showcased their works of art in the gallery.

Are you coming to Manchester? Call the Centre to schedule a personal tour of the facility (603-669-4045). You can also visit their website (www.francoamericancentrenh.com) to get updates on the ongoing events and French classes.

Don't forget to stop by the Centre's gift shop where you will find hand-dyed silk scarves, jewelry, watercolors, books, cards, CDs and porcelain items from France. A present from the Centre is a great way to share our cultural heritage!

Gallery and Gift Shop Hours: Mon - Fri 9am - 4pm

Open to the public. Donations are encouraged.
